What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you select PayPal as a payment method, you will be asked to log into your PayPal account to complete the transaction. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you may also set one up during the checkout process. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes such as GST if your delivery address is in Australia. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. Please note that all goods must be paid for prior to releasing them for shipment.
Our secure server encrypts all information, so just enter your credit card details during the checkout process and follow the prompts provided. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. If the information provided does not match, your order may be delayed in processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
When will my credit card be charged?
If you order online your credit card will be charged immediately. If you pay over the phone your credit card will be charged before goods are dispatched which is typically same day of ordering. If a credit card transaction is unsuccessful you will be notified immediately as we will be unable to dispatch goods to you. We will not process your order until it has passed our internal validation procedures, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.
How will purchases appear on my credit card statement?
Purchases will be listed on your credit card statement as “SP * LAMPARTO” (example only). There will be one line item for each time you complete an order in the checkout process. Individual items in your shopping bag will not be listed on your credit card statement.
You will receive a copy of your tax invoice once your payment has been processed and your goods are ready to be dispatched. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes such as GST if your delivery address is in Australia. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will also receive a consignment note which will allow you to track your order from the courier. All invoices are emailed, so if you do not receive a copy of your tax invoice, please contact a member of our staff and we will resend another copy for your records.
I am placing a bulk order (5+ items)
If you are a placing a bulk order, or an order for government or not-for-profit organisations, just give us a call to discuss. Invoice terms and purchase orders are available on request, please call 1300 897 860 to discuss.
Ship to Multiple Addresses
We are happy to ship items to more than one address, however, unfortunately we cannot do so within a single order at this time. If you would like to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you can enter separate orders on our website. We regret any inconvenience and promise to make this easier in the future - stay tuned!
We endeavour to keep as many items in stock as possible to facilitate the fastest possible shipping to our customers. Where there are delays on an order we will email the customer to advise them of the delay and give them an approximate date on when we expect the goods to arrive.
Questioning a charge?
If you believe mistake has been made with your order, or would simply like clarification of an amount or item, please feel free to contact us and we will try and resolve the matter for you.
What is the process to cancel my order?
You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days from date of purchase as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. In this case we will refund your money in full.
Are your credit card details saved for next time?
No. We have no access to your bank details and we do not store your credit card details.
Do I have to set up an account to purchase?
Creating an account with us means you can save your delivery / billing address, and easily access your purchase history, but it’s not a requirement for one-time purchases. If you want to set up ongoing access to an account, you’ll be asked to set up a secure account with a password. Once logged in, you can update billing and credit card information, add products to your account and check on (and change) your delivery address details.
I can’t sign into my account
If you have forgotten your password, on the log in page, click ‘Forgot My Password’. Enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you. We advise copying and pasting this password into the password field to avoid typing errors. Ensure you do not add any blank spaces.
Once you have logged in, you can change your password to a more suitable one. An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to choose a new password. Please check your spam / junk folders if it doesn’t appear within 10 minutes. If you’re still having trouble, get in touch.
How do I know my transactions are safe and secure?

Our Site uses encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your credit card information during data transport. SSL encrypts ordering information such as your name, physical address, and credit card number. When purchasing a Product, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. It is estimated that it would take at least one trillion years to decrypt 128-bit SSL encryption, and this level of encryption is the current industry standard. To provide you with an increased level of security online, when you register for an online account, you may also select a password to access your personal information. Lamparto will not ask you for your password in an unsolicited communication.
